Ordering Replacement Caps

We know what it's like to misplace the cap to your favorite NALGENE bottle so we've made it easy for you to order a new one.

Follow these simple steps and you are on your way to using your bottle again! (Please keep in mind that if your dear 'ole dog eats your NALGENE cap or you mistakenly place it in the dishwasher near the heating element as opposed to away from it--that we cannot cover the replacement cost.)

  1. Click on "Store"
  2. Find the category in which the bottle without a cap falls. Click on that category.
  3. Find the bottle description in the subcategory and click on the subcategory.
  4. Click on the bottle you have with the missing cap.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the "Replacement Cap" ordering section.
  6. Add the replacement cap to your order and we'll ship it UPS ground.
